In summer, booking of a room requires a credit card number upon reserving with the full amount being due upon arrival. Less than 48-hours notice results in the full amount being charged to your credit card.

In winter, booking at the guesthouse or cottage requires a 25% deposit with the balance due upon arrival. If you need to cancel your reservation, one month's notice is needed or the full rate will be charged to your credit card. If we are able to re-rent your room in the guesthouse or the cottage, you will be reimbursed accordingly

If you cancel with full notice your deposit is refunded less a nominal 5% administration fee.

Poppi's is a boutique operation with very short busy seasons and few last-minute guests to fill rooms on short notice. The difference between winter and summer is that there are more last minute guests to fill spots in summer. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation!
