In winter, booking of a room at the guesthouse requires a 25% deposit. If you need to cancel your reservation, 14 days notice is needed or the full rate will be charged to your credit card.

If you are booking the whole guesthouse or cottage, a 25% deposit is required at time of booking, with the balance plus taxes due upon arrival. There is a one-month cancellation policy or the full rate will be charged to your credit card. If we are able to rent any rooms in the guesthouse or cottage, you will be reimbursed accordingly.

In summer, booking of a room requires a 25% deposit and less than 48 hours notice results in the full amount being charged to your credit card.

I know this sounds a bit harsh, but Poppi's is a boutique operation with very short busy seasons and few last-minute guests to fill rooms on short notice. The difference between winter and summer is that there are more last minute guests to fill spots in summer. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation!
